Our company has different brands and we continue to expand rapidly. Our e-commerce stores serve customers in US and we`re looking to develop also in Europe ASAP.
We are excited to hire an experienced and energetic organized e-commerce and lead generation manager who can help us manage our workload and become a true part of the company. We want someone who possesses the desire to grow alongside our companies and is keen to reap the benefits that come with delivering results.
This role would be best suited to an ambitious person who is excited about fast-scaled e-commerce growth and expansion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– You must have an expert understanding of e-commerce, content and development, and an intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills as you will be responsible for a broad range of roles and responsibilities which require you to work directly our employees, and other third-parties.
– Experience building and managing WordPress/Shopify stores.
– Reliable and fast internet and good working computer (we understand that internet connectivity may be an issue at times – we request that you provide an example continuity plan in your application).
– We are ideally looking at someone full-time but will consider strong part-time applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
1.Website improvement, monitoring and management
2.1 Google Ads/PPC Management – increase reach/exposure, clicks and then eventually conversions in a monetary or non-monetary form(like leads, sign-ups etc.) – setting up different campaigns for Google search, Google display, Shopping, Youtube ads, etc. – excellent in keyword resear2ch using Google keyword planner or other third-party keyword research tools like Keywords everywhere, Ubersuggest’s, Kwfinder, SemRush, and many more- creating high-converting and high CTR rate ads- creating remarketing audiences in Google analytics for Google ads campaigns
2.2 Facebook and Instagram Ads/PPC management – installing FB pixel using Google tag manager on different CMS websites like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.- doesn’t rely on creating custom conversions events but sets up standard events on websites by using Google tag manager- creating high-converting and high CTR rate ad creatives
2.3 A PRO in Google tag manager, Google analytics, Google search console, Google merchant center, Google my business, Google trends, and other Google products.
2.4 Creating interactive reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook ads using Google Data Studio reporting.
2.5 Digital Marketing Skills :SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Organic Search (ranking for SERP) SEM (search engine marketing) – Paid search (PPC)SMM (Social Media Marketing) – Paid ads (FB ads)SMO (Social Media Optimization) – Build online profiles via social media networks GDN(Google Display Network) – Paid ads (PPC)
2.6 Multimedia Skills – Video and Image ads creation
